Chandra, co-founder of Nitco in 2008, has worked in the enterprise applications and services field since 1998. He is responsible for the company’s vision and business execution. He has built global businesses from scratch, led the turnaround of established businesses and been a catalyst in creating environments that customers and co-workers trust. Chandra has more than 20 years of experience in software development and engineering leadership. He earned a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University.

Shailender co-founded NITCO in 2008. He has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry designing and building IT infrastructure for enterprise applications. Shailender has been instrumental in negotiating contracts and alliance partnerships for NITCO. Shailender has contributed immensely to the growth of NITCO.

Nitco Inc.'s Managing Director of Recruiting & Resource Management, Kelly, brings over 20 years of experience working with technology consulting firms identifying and hiring the best resources to help clients excel. Kelly is a dynamic, results-focused, full life cycle recruiting professional with a commitment to client service and creative recruitment. She has a proven track record of successfully identifying, screening and closing top candidate talent. She possesses strong functional and technical/business acumen, an understanding of requirements, deep sourcing skills, and experience sourcing passive candidates. Prior to joining NITCO Inc, Kelly worked in both staffing and corporate recruiting. She has supported domestic and international clients in their candidate search efforts and has recruited for entry-level to executive positions across a variety of industries.

Nancy is a seasoned professional who offers our clients over thirty years of leadership experience in business, government, and the volunteer sector. Her distinguished career includes supporting Fortune 1000 implementation teams in a variety of leadership roles using her unique talents in translating client needs into technical solutions. Her project management experience includes implementing, upgrading and migrating multiple ERP projects over a period of eighteen years of Oracle (Enterprise Business Suite) EBS and other proprietary software on behalf of clients to improve their business processes through technology and people. As a servant leader, she provides the knowledge, leadership and experience needed to bring projects in on time, on budget with a particular concern for quality and exceptional customer service. Nancy is a strong leader with excellent communication and presentation skills. She has been recognized throughout the years for her extensive volunteer work being named “Woman of the Year” by the city of Carrollton, Texas, Inc., Magazine, and the Phoenix Business Journal.
